Founder & Executive Director

Abigail Guidry

Abigail founded The Welcome Table Initiative after recognizing the need for outreach that feels welcoming, consistent, and relationship-centered rather than transactional.

She envisioned a space where individuals could share a meal, access practical life-saving information, connect with local resources, and feel genuinely respected and supported.

Abigail oversees organizational vision, outreach planning, educational initiatives, partnerships, sponsorship coordination, and long-term development of the initiative.

Isabelle Guidry

Isabelle supports organizational operations, outreach coordination, volunteer systems, and long-term initiative development.

She helps oversee event structure, community engagement, and operational planning for monthly gatherings.

Leads branding, design, promotional materials, and visibility efforts.
